The group represents the Albanian Orthodox Diocese of America, American Carpatho-Russian Orthodox Greek Catholic Diocese in the U.S.A., Antiochian Orthodox Christian Archdiocese of North America, Bulgarian Eastern Orthodox Church, Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of North and South America, Russian Orthodox Church in America, Romanian Orthodox Missionary Archdiocese in America and Canada, Serbian Orthodox Church in the United States and Canada; and the Ukrainian Orthodox Church in America. It was formerly called the Federation of Orthodox Churches in America.
