Biographical History
Medical doctor, surgeon, civic leader. Born in 1878 in Belle Center, Ohio. Attended the University of Illinois Medical School. Moved from Chicago to Lubbock, Texas, in 1913. Aided in establishing West Texas Hospital in Lubbock in 1922. Physician on the 1934 Yaqui Expedition which was sponsored by Texas Technological College and Harvard University. Served as president of the West Texas Museum Association (1937-1939). Died in 1952.
