Biographical History

Mary E. (Lizzie) Fossler Miller is the wife of Newton Miller and the daughter of Samuel and Elizabeth Fossler, who were among the first settlers in Hardin County, Iowa. Samuel Fossler was the owner of a sawmill in Eagle City in Jackson township, which he purchased in 1865.
