Biographical History

Charles Henry Tuttle (1879-1971) was a prominent New York City lawyer, civic leader and public servant. He served as U.S. Attorney for the southern district of New York State from 1927 to 1930. He was the Republican Party candidate for Governor of New York State in 1930.
