Oliver Kunze Niess (b. 1903, Belleville, Ill.-d. Sept. 6, 1998) was Command Surgeon of the Pacific Air Forces at Hickam Air Force Base in Hawaii from June 1957 to October 1958. He served as Surgeon General of the U.S. Air Force from November 1, 1958 until his retirement in December 1963.
