Biographical History
William Wade Griscom was a birthright Quaker. He was born in 1831, the son of William and Mary Griscom. His sister was Hannah S. Griscom. After the death of William Wade's mother, William Sr. married Sarah Whitelock. William Wade moved to Woodbury, N.J., where he married Sarah Cooper, the daughter of James and Lucy Middletown Cooper. William Wade Griscom died in 1895.
