Biographical History
Writer of fiction and poetry.
Born in Gippsland (Vic.), Mary Fullerton wrote six novels and four volumes of poetry. She wrote under various pseudonyms, including E., Robert Gray, Turner O. Lingo, Gordon Manners, R. Webster and M.E. Hayfield.
Mary Fullerton was a secretary and friend of the author, Miles Franklin. She was a writer of articles and short stories. See Morris Miller, Australian Literature, Vol. 1, pp. 143-144.
