Biographical History
Incorporated in 1885 under the laws of Washington Territory, the company sold, under foreclosure, its line from Seattle to Sallal Prairie and from Woodinville to Sumas (Wash.), in 1896, to the Seattle and International Railway Company, and its line from Spokane to Davenport (Wash.) to the Spokane and Seattle Railway Company. It was stricken from the records of the state of Washington in 1909 for failure to pay annual license fees.
