Biographical History

Company was established to process and sell cotton waste. Reorganized in 1930 under the direction of the Merrimack Manufacturing Company, Boott Mills, and the Lawrence Manufacturing Company; company was merged at this time with the Northern Waste Company. The new firm was controlled by Frederick A. Flather, Ward Thoron, C. Brooks Stevens and Ames Stevens. Plant was closed in 1940.
