Wofford B. Camp, leader in agricultural innovation in California, supporter of a variety of conservative causes, successful business man and a government official in the United States Department of Agriculture, devoted his life to the improvement of the lot of farmers. He was instrumental in introducing cotton and potato farming in California. He was a proponent of Right-to-Work issues and the link between agriculture and the advancement of American living standards.
