Colorado author. B. Jan. 23, 1903 Niagara Falls, N.Y. Early career as journalist with Niagara Falls gazette. Settled in Denver, Colo. 1934 due to ill health of husband (Marcel Bruÿn, Belgian-born artist, d. 1939). Wrote articles on a variety of science, music, and history subjects. First book: Uranium country. Boulder : Univ. of Colorado Press, 1955. Followed by: "Aunt" Clara Brown. Boulder : Pruett Pub. Co., 1970.
