D. S. S. Fraser was an RAF pilot who trained during World War 2 at the Army Air Forces Advanced Flying School at Napier Field, AL. He was a member of the class 42H. According to information from the donor, Fraser lived in England (probably Cornwall), was an amateur radio operator ("ham"), and died in the Spring of 2010.
