Dorothy Fennel is a labor historian and founding Director of the Office of Special Projects for Unions at the Cornell School of Industrial and Labor Relations. Special Projects for Unions utilized grant funding to teach labor history to a diverse audience, as well as train union members and retirees how to design their own history projects.
