Ronald D. Boyer was a Civil War collector of materials from veterans from the vicinity of Mifflinburg, Pennsylvania. was a corporal in the 172nd Pennsylvania Infantry Regiment and George Henry who was a private in the 36th Pennsylvania Militia Regiment and 184th Pennsylvania Infantry Regiment.
