Biographical History

The Miami Lutheran Refugee Service was formed in 1963 under the auspices of the NLC and Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod's joint agency, Lutheran Immigration Service, to aid Cuban refugees in Miami, Florida. The program was discontinued in 1966.
