Confederate officer, member of the 18th Virginia Infantry, resident of Spring Garden (Pittsylvania Co.), Va.
In 1980 and 1981, church leaders from the Muncie area united to participate in the Leighton Ford Crusade, in conjunction with the Billy Graham Evangelical Association. The Crusade reached over 16,000 people in over 100 churches in and around Muncie.
