Biographical History
This collection of prints pays tribute to famous physicians, and gives a brief look at the history of medicine. There are also prints that dramatize the emotional impact of health problems and the stress handled by physicians. This is seen in the six Rockwell Kent prints.
A History of Michigan in Paintings was a series of paintings commissioned by Michigan Bell Telephone Company to advance the knowledge of the State of Michigan's "colorful and exciting development." Robert Thom was the artist. F. Clever Bald wrote the accompanying text for the graphic reproductions of the paintings.
