Biographical History

Dwight Lee Chapin (b. 1940) was a personal aide to Richard M. Nixon from 1967 to 1969, and Appointments Secretary to President Nixon from 1969 to 1973. He was responsible for supervising Presidential advance men and acting as liaison between the White House and media consultants. After leaving the White House he has worked as a publisher.
