This company, located at 11 Maple Street in White River Junction, was owned by Thomas J. Adams of Woodstock, Vermont, and by J. Edgar McNichol, and sold engraved marble, granite and slate monuments. In 1965, this company became Adams, McNichol & Melen although Hugo W. Melen is listed as proprietor as early as 1961. Walton's final listing for this company was in 1992-1993 when it may have become Twin State Monuments.
