Godfrey T. McHugh (1911-1997), U.S. Air Force general, was the Deputy Chief Long Range Objectives and Deputy Chief of Staff Plan in Headquarters of the U.S. Air Force from 1960 to 1961, and Air Force Aide to President Kennedy from 1961 to 1963.
