The Brashear Settlement was located at 23 Holt Street in the Southside neighborhood of Pittsburgh, the site of Dr. John Brashear's home. The settlement also featured a museum dedicated to the "workmen of America." Dr. Brashear was a prominent Pittsburgh astronomer and educator. The settlement was founded in 1920.
