Biographical History

Vice-president, New York State AFL-CIO and of its predecessor, the New York Federation of Labor.

Mrs. Donnelly (nʹee Maguire) was a vice-president of the New York State AFL-CIO and its predecessor for a total of fifty years. She was longtime chairman of its education committee. She retired after forty years with the New York City Board of Education, where her last position was executive secretary to its Advisory Board on Vocational Education. Mrs. Donnelly was also active on women's issues and served on the president's and governor's committees for the physically handicapped.
