Leigh Vance (1922-1994) was a writer and producer who wrote scripts and screenplays for both film and television. His films include "The Flesh is Weak," '"Heart of a Child," "The Shakedown," "The Frightened City," "It's All Happening," "Dr. Crippen," "Walk Like a Man," "Cross Plot," and "The Black Windmill."
