Biographical History
Louis Ludlow was born in Rush County, Ind. He was the Washington correspondent for the Indianapolis News until 1928, when he was elected to the Indiana House as representative from the 11th district. He served ten consecutive terms until his retirement in 1948. While in Washington he authored several books.
