Biographical History

William Horsley Orrick (b. 1915), lawyer, federal judge, and government official, was Assistant Attorney General in the Civil Division of the Department of Justice from 1961 to 1962, and then Assistant Attorney General in the Antitrust Division from 1963 to 1965. He was Deputy Under Secretary of State for Administration from 1962 to 1963.
