Biographical History

The Texas African-American Heritage Organization, Inc., formerly known as Black Texans Historical Society, was founded by Dr. David A. Williams in 1987. The corporation supports charitable, cultural, artistic, and educational organizations that promotes the cultural preservation and cultural development of African-American Texans.
