Frank Parker (b. 1872, S.C.-d. 1947), U.S. Army general, graduated from West Point in 1894. His military service included posts in Venezuela, Argentina, and Cuba from 1904 to 1908, as an instructor and organizer of cavalry in Cuba from 1909 to 1912, and commander of the 1st Division in the American Expeditionary Forces during World War I. In the late 1920s and early 1930s, he served as assistant chief of staff of the U.S. Army; and commander of the 6th Corps, the 2nd Army, and the Philippines Department. He retired in 1936.
Major General Frank Parker, a native of South Carolina, graduated from the United States Military Academy in 1894; served in the United States Army, 1894-1936; and was director of the Illinois War Council, 1942-1945.
Parker served on the New Mexico Territorial Supreme Court from 1898 to 1911, and the New Mexico State Supreme Court from 1912 to 1932. He was also a delegate to the 1910 New Mexico Constitutional Convention.
