Biographical History

John S. Kebabian was a professional book appraiser who resided in Scarsdale, N.Y. He was the author of The Haymarket affair and the trial of the Chicago anarchists (1886). A member of the Grolier Club, Kebabian exhibited his collection of 17th, 18th and 19th century books about trades and crafts in England, France and America at the Club in 1979. He died in 1980.
