Biographical History

BIOGHIST REQUIRED Professor of political science at Brooklyn College from 1949 to his retirement in 1966. (Columbia A.B., 1920; LL.B., 1921). He was also secretary and general counsel of the City Housing Corporation, builder of the experimental developments Sunnyside (Queens, N.Y.) and Radburn (New Jersey); served as founding executive secretary of the Public Administration Clearing House in Chicago; regional director of the National Housing Agency from 1942-1947; and executive officer for programs at UNESCO.
