Raymond Tait Affleck (1922-1989) was born in Penticton, British Columbia. B. Arch., McGill University, Montréal, 1947. Post-graduate studies at Federal Technical Institute, Zurich, Switzerland. Founding partner of Affleck, Desbarats, Dimakopoulos, Lebensold, Michaud, and Sise, 1953-1970, Montréal. Arcop Associates, 1970-1989. Partner in charge of following projects: Place Bonaventure, Montréal; Stephen Leacock Building, McGill University, Montréal; Market Square, Saint John, New Brunswick; Place Air Canada and Maison Alcan, Montréal.
