Graduate of Amherst College, Class of 1910. Born 1888. Feature, book review and editorial writer, New York Times (1925-1928, 1953-1961); director, Twentieth Century Fund (1928-1953), a philanthropic foundation for research and education on economic and social issues. Clark was also active in Advertising Council, Health Insurance Plan of Greater New York. Publications include "Stock Market Control," "Financing the Consumer" and "How to Budget Health." Died 1970.
