Biographical History

Frank Waldo, 1857-1920, meteorologist, engineer, and cattle rancher. Born Cincinnati, Ohio. Marietta College, B.S. 1878, PhD 1889. Instructor at Harvard College and Radcliffe College. Worked for US Government. and wrote Modern Meteorology and Elementary Meteorology for Schools and Colleges.
