Chester Victor Clifton (1913-1991) was born in Edmonton, Canada. He was a World War II commanding general and Assistant to Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff in the 1940s and 1950s. From 1961 to 1963, he served as a military aide to President John F. Kennedy.
Chester V. Clifton was a United States (U.S.) Army general and a military aide to President Kennedy.
