Housewife, salesperson for Portales "New Tribune." Born in 1894 near Flomot, Texas, Mrs. Woodburn later moved to Spur, Texas. Settled with her husband, A.C. Woodburn, in Roosevelt County, New Mexico. In addition to farming, Mr. Woodburn taught school in Portales. Mrs. Woodburn worked for the Portales newspaper. The Woodburns had 6 children. Mrs. Woodburn was an active member of the Central Baptist Church in Portales and the El Portal Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution.
