Sylvis Society.

This collection is divided into four series: Series I: Molders Union, Series II: James E. Wolfe, Series III: Sylvis Society, and Series IV: Volumes and Oversized Material of the Iron Molders Union. This collection spans the dates of 1858-1992. Series I is divided into five subseries, A: Constitution and By-laws, B: Financial Reports, C: Conference Minutes and Agreements, D: Correspondence, and E: Reports, Publications and Journal Article Drafts. Series II is divided into two subseries and contains the correspondence, writings and subject files of James E. Wolfe. Series III contains Sylvis Society material, mainly about Sylvis's life and work, the dedication of the Sylvis Library and correspondence concerning a memorial to William Sylvis. Series IV are the volumes and oversize material and is divided into seven subseries, A: Letters of the President, B: Quarterly Financial Reports, C: Minutes of the Executive Board, D: Local union ledgers, E: International Molders Journal Reports of Local Unions, F: International Molders Journal, and G: Oversized material.
