Biographical History

Clark was an x-ray technician and worked in several hospitals before learning to fly. Graduated from the WASP, class of 43-W-7, training at Avenger Field, Sweetwater, Texas. Service assignments included: Nathan Field, Sacramento, California where she learned to fly the B-25; Chico Army Air Field, California; and March Army Air Base, Riverside. Following WASP deactivation in 1944, Clark went into the crop dusting business in Colorado and later Nicaragua, eventually becoming co-owner of an airport in Rifle, Colorado. Retired to Grand Junction, Colorado. Died August, 1999.
