Biographical History

Henry Eustace McCulloh (died circa 1810), resident of Edenton, N.C., was a royal official and large landholder in North Carolina. He served as his father's agent and as attorney for G. A. Selwyn, both owners of large tracts of land in North Carolina.

Edmund Fanning (1739-1818) was a lawyer and colonial official in Hillsborough, N.C. Fanning was a member of the Assembly, a judge of the Superior Court, and a militia colonel.
