Alexander C. Wilson and Edith J. Wilson were a British Quakers. A resident of Manchester, Alexander Wilson worked to support and free imprisoned conscientious objectors during and after World War I. His wife, Edith J. Wilson, was an author of works about Quakerism and conscientious objection.
