Biographical History
Incorporated in 1892 under the state laws of Washington, the company operated lines from Everett to Snohomish and from Hartford to Monte Cristo, with trackage rights between Snohomish and Hartford connecting the two sections of line. The company went into receivership in 1900. The lines were deeded to the Seattle and International Railway Company and the Monte Cristo Railway Company, respectively. The company was stricken from the records of the state of Washington in 1909 for failure to pay annual license fees.
