Biographical History

Poet, also known as John Heywood. Born in Perth in 1963. His published works include Night parrots (1989), Eschatologies (1991), Syzygy (1993), Intensity of blue : poems (1995), Poems. Selections (1997) and The hunt (1998). Kinsella became founding editor of the literary journal Salt in 1990.

Poet. John Kinsella was born on the 2 February 1963 in Perth, Western Australia. He is the founding editor of the international poetry magazine Salt. He is co-editor of Stand (UK) and international editor of The Kenyon review (USA). He is also a consultant editor to Westerly (CSAL, University of Western Australia) and the Cambridge correspondent for Overland (Melbourne, Australia).
