Biographical History

Robert Anning Bell was a British painter who also made stained glass, colored bas-reliefs, and mosaics in the Houses of Parliament and Westminster Cathedral. He exhibited at the Royal Academy from 1885, and taught at the Liverpool University College from 1894.
