Lawrence M. Klee was a writer for radio and television, very active during the 1940s and 1950s, writing for several crime and adventure series in both mass media, including MAN AGAINST CRIME, Mr. & MRS. NORTH, and Mr. KEEN, TRACER OF LOST PERSONS, as well as the daytime drama YOUNG WIDDER BROWN. In addition to his work in radio and television, during the Second World War Klee also wrote three skits for the American Theatre Wing dramatizing the need to buy War Bonds, for which he received a Silver Medal Award from the U.S. Treasury Department.
