Sabin, Timothy, 1761-1836.

Timothy Sabin, son of Ichabod and Sarah Cole Sabin, was born in Pomfret, Windham County, Conn. on 4 Sept. 1761. He married Hannah Warren (1759-1810), also of Pomfret, on 10 May 1787. They had eight children: Josiah, Nathaniel, Theophilus, Daniel, Timothy, Stephen Warren, Flavel David, and Mary Elizabeth. After Hannah's death, Timothy married Ruth Hartshorn (1779-1847). They had six children, all born in Otsego, Otsego County, N.Y.: Hannah (married John J. Johnson), Benjamin Hartshorn (married Anna Bassett), Lorenzo (married Louisa H. Baldwin), Noah, Elias,and Sarah. The family lived in Williamstown, Mass., Otsego, N.Y., and Gorham, N.Y. Timothy Sabin died on 28 June 1836.
