Edris Eckhardt (1905-1998) was a sculptor and ceramist from Cleveland Heights, Ohio.
Ceramicist and glass sculptor; Cleveland, Ohio.
In 1953 after research and experimentation, she produced the "gold glass" used by the ancient Romans, which she incorporated into her own work. Instructor of ceramics at the Cleveland Art Institute from 1933-1960.
