Biographical History
Omar Bundy (b. June 17, 1861, New Castle, Indiana-d. Jan. 21, 1940), Major General in the U.S. Army, graduate from the U.S. Military Academy in 1883, served in the campaign against Sioux Indians in South Dakota (1890-1891), in Cuba (1898), and in the Philippines (1899-1900). During World War I, General Bundy commanded the 2nd Division, American Expeditionary Force, in France, and the 6th and 7th Army Corps. He retired in June 1925.
Arthur Woodward was a History Curator at the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County.
