Jim Leftwich, 1956-, a poet from Charlottesville, Virginia. Founded and edited the avant-garde literary journals Juxta and Juxta Electronic, with co-editor Ken Harris, in 1994. Leftwich has been widely published in magazines and journals, and has published several chapbooks and books, among them Dirt (1995), Gnommoclature (1996, with Jeffrey Little), Improvisations, Transformations (1998), Khawatir (1995), Plasm, Plasm, Plasm (1997), Sample Example (1998), Sepher Viscera (1997, with Jake Berry), and The Passion of Indifference (1997).
