Biographical History

William Dearborn Hersey A'32, was born December 3, 1910. He studied psychology at Tufts and married Fairlee (Towsley) Hersey J'35. He became the president of the International Memory Training Institute in Norton, MA, and published _Blueprints for Memory: Your Handbook to the American Dream_ in 1990. William Dearborn Hersey was the son of the Universalist Reverand, Harry Adams Hersey. Harry Adams Hersey entered Tufts in 1899, graduated in 1903, and received post-baccularate degree in 1907. He wrote _History of Music at Tufts College_ in 1940. He also served on the Tufts Department of Music faculty. Additionally, he conducted research on P. T. Barnum and other Univeralists.
