DeWitt Shy Spain (b. Apr. 24, 1919-d. Apr. 28, 1969), U.S. Air Force officer, was a B-66 pilot and commander, 10th Tactical Reconnaissance Wing, at RAF Alconbury, an Air Force base in England in use and controlled by the U.S. Air Force.
