Biographical History

Sandy Jensen, a journalist, photographer, and artist, was a member of the Alaska State Press Women. She established correspondence courses for rural Alaskans in amateur radio operation and licensing, helped Native Alaskans establish village cooperatives, recorded Alaskan pioneers and bush pilots, and produced a program on early Alaska aviation for instructional television.
