Biographical History

Charlotte Hamblen came west from Minnesota with her husband and family in 1887. They settled in Spokane Falls, where her husband, Charles, engaged in the real estate business. Charlotte Hamblen was active in the Woman’s Christian Temperance Union, her church, and various lady’s societies.
